We want you to be fully satisfied with your Universal Works purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a suitable alternative, ensuring the inclusion of the completed returns form.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
